Fitness Arena Assessment

Rate your current behavior in each arena. Each has three priority targets.

D — Done 0–1 days a week (under 8 days a month). Not yet a regular practice.
C — Done 2–3 days a week (about 8–16 days a month). Started, not yet steady.
B — Done 4–5 days a week (about 17–25 days a month). Building real consistency.
A — Done 6–7 days a week (26+ days a month). The habit is established.

15+ minutes of deliberate subtraction — removing inputs, commitments, or possessions that drain without adding value (declutter)
